Terms & Conditions
- A 50% deposit is due to start any work, payable via cash or Venmo. Checks are a case-by-case basis, and any returned checks will incur a $30 fee.
- A final graphics proof must be approved by the customer before work is started. A total of two (2) changes are included, and any major changes will incur additional fees.
- If changes are requested after the customer approves the final graphics proof, customer is responsible for any production time and associated material costs.
- A rush order fee will be applied to orders needed within 24 hours of request or change.
- Tax and shipping are the responsibility of the customer, and will be detailed in the invoice.
- All items must be paid in full prior to shipping, or at the time of pickup.
- If customer wishes to provide materials for the work, customer accepts that some materials do not work well with heat and vinyl designs. Petunia Kay’s may refuse work on some materials and cannot be held responsible for damage to any items not provided by Petunia Kay’s.
- There are no returns. Defects in the custom item(s) will be repaired or replaced by Petunia Kay’s at no cost to customer. If any item(s) are not cleaned according to the cleaning instructions, those items may be replaced at a cost to customer.
- Bulk order (51 or more of the same item on the same order) may be subject to a discount, which will be agreed prior to production of those items.
